Eligibility
Before a CAMP application is considered, the student must be accepted into ABAC.
To be eligible to apply for the CAMP program the student must meet the following criteria:
- Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Verify that you or your parent performed a minimum of 75 days of temporary or seasonal farm work over the last two years.
- Or, be eligible for services from or have participated in TITLE 1 Migrant Education Programs
- Or, be eligible for or have participated in the Department of Labor Migrant & Seasonal Farm-worker Programs.
- Be eligible for Federal Financial Aid

CAMP recommends students apply fall/early spring semester of their senior year.
Priority deadline is December 1.
Application deadline is March 1.
The recruiter will assist with the application process, please feel free to contact them with any questions or if you are having trouble with the application. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the application is complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
CAMP Application Checklist
- Student must apply and submit all documentation for enrollment at ABAC.
- CAMP Autobiography Assignment
- Documentation of Eligibility
- One Academic Recommendation
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Once the FAFSA is completed, submit a copy of the SAR report to camp@abac.edu.
