Diantha Ellis is a native of Tifton and an ABAC alum who has been a member of the ABAC faculty since 2003. She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and her Master of Laws (LL.M., Business Law) from Emory University School of Law.
In addition to her legal education, Diantha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Valdosta State University, with additional graduate certification in Economics and Accounting; a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA, Accounting and Management) from Georgia Southwestern State University; and an Associate of Science (A.S., Business Administration) from ABAC. She is also an alumna of both the Georgia Academy for Economic Development, Region 11 program and the University System of Georgia (USG) Executive Leadership Institute (ELI).
Diantha is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and is a registered neutral (General Civil Mediation and Non-binding Arbitration) with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She is also a Civil Rights Investigator, having achieved Levels 1-4 Certification with the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA).
Diantha enjoys reading, creative writing, watching classic films, listening to an eclectic group of musical artists, and spending time with her close family and friends.
