Refunds

The first set of Financial Aid refunds for Spring 2025 will be direct deposited on January 27, 2025 . Please note if direct deposit is not set up your refund processing will be delayed. First-time or single term loan borrowers’ excess funds will be direct deposited by March 11, 2025.

Please make sure you have set up your Direct Deposit within eStallion to receive your funds in a timely manner.

Log in to MyABAC portal by navigating to my.abac.edu.
Once logged in, and click on the eStallion icon.
Under the Refunds tab, insert your account information.

Refund Policy

General Dollars Refund Requests

Students are allowed to request a refund of General Dollars if the account balance is $10.00 or more. Simply complete the General Dollars Refund Request below.

Withdrawal Refunds

If you withdraw from all courses for a specific semester, you may be due a refund for that semester. If you received Financial Aid for the semester, it may also be reduced based on the withdrawal date.
