ABAC Care Team

The CARE (Communication, Awareness, Referral, Education) Team is a network comprised of members from the ABAC campus community, including you, who work together to promote a safe and thriving academic and residential environment. When you submit a referral using the links below, please know that your submission will be reviewed by appropriate individuals dedicated to connecting members of the ABAC community to support resources as well as upholding the standards with applicable codes of conduct for all.

Submit a Referral

Who reviews my referral?

Early Alerts are reviewed by the Academic Support Counselors. To contact Academic Support, please email asc@abac.edu. 

Behavioral andCARE Team Referrals are reviewed by the ABAC CARE Team. To contact the CARE Team, please email CareTeam@stallions.abac.edu. 

Title IX reports are reviewed by the Title IX coordinator or a deputy Title IX coordinator. For additional contact information, please visit www.abac.edu/titleix/. 

Student Complaints are reviewed and sent to the appropriate individual(s) for resolution. Questions about the Student Complaint process can be directed to the Dean of Students Office at deanofstudents@abac.edu. 

Emergency Withdrawal

If a non-academic emergency prevents a student from completing their coursework (e.g., severe medical problems, traumatic events) and when the timing or nature of the emergency prevents them from voluntarily withdrawing from their classes, they may request an Emergency Withdrawal.
