This program is designed to help Instructional Support Personnel (ISP), especially paraprofessional staff, enhance their opportunities for career advancement by growing their interpersonal, communication, and management skills. The certificate may be pursued by both current students and by paraprofessionals already in the field who want to increase their career potential while earning college credit.
The Certificate may be pursued as a standalone credential or as a secondary credential “stacked” on top of another ABAC degree. Coursework may also be applied to completion of an Associate of Science – Elementary Education degree.
